OZ9GA | SO LP ALL | So I just got to participate in the CQ WPX RTTY contest this weekend. With the help of black coffee and sweets, I managed to keep going for 28 hours. It resulted in no less than 905 QSOs. – it has been several years since it has been possible. The conditions were reasonable. An encouragement was that both the 10 and 15 meter bands were open with many contacts around the world. Many South American calls were reached as well as call from Nepal, New Zealand and Australia got in the log. 40 and 80 meters were not so good due to noise up to 10 db above S9 |
