N8TCPSO LP ALLHad fun with the time I had
N9BTSO LP ALLI should have started earlier
N9KJUSO LP ALLI passed my General 2 months ago. This was only my second RTTY contest
N9OKSO HP ALLWasted many hours trying to troubleshoot then fix my setup. Finally got things working acceptably around noon Sunday. Conditions not great but had some decent rates late in the contest
N9TFSO LP 20MYikes, totally forgot to get this log uploaded, DARN! Thanks for the reminder Ed. Guess I'm only good as a check log this time around. Didn't have a lot of time to operate in the RTTY WPX, so hit just the 20m band during the times I had available. Focused on all the "RED" calls for a clean log! Most of the time I tuned up and down the band, I ran into red calls anyway. Wished I could have played a lot longer, but sometimes other parts of life have priority. Really like this contest! 73 and good luck to all who got their logs in on time! Gene N9TF Rig K3S 100 watts to 2 element triband at 37' MMTTY/N1MM+
NC4MISO LP ALLGreat contest as usual. Only got to operate for 20 hrs. Tnx to all that I contacted. 73, NC4MI
NC6RSO HP ALLPart time operating due to weekend chores, weather constraints (snow & heavy rain) and frequent power outages
NE3RSO LP ALLCQ WPX RTTY is my favorite contest - I may only have a little pistol station with an antenna in the attic, but I'm still going to work the world
NG1RMSLStation used was W1QK. Thank you for sponsoring the contest
NG6OSO LP ALLNot sure why my log wasn't registered. Looks like it failed completely
NJ4FSO HP ALLS&P only
NX6TM2This was another near-last minute contest setup at NX6T. Operating hours were split up between N6CY (Rick) and WQ6X (Ron). Both Rick and Ron operated remotely Ron on STN-2 and Rick on STN-1. Saturday morning, N6CY made an onsite visit to NX6T, for 6 hours of actual B-I-C. Our biggest problem was turning the amplifier powers up and down, blending max. power out while remaining under 70-degs(c) room temperature. We ran a pair of Elecraft K3/0 controlled K3's onsite in Fallbrook. STN-1 dumped its RF into a classic ACOM 2000a amp while STN-2 dumped ITS RF into an Expert 1.5k amplifier. STN2 used the C-31 yagi for the high bands, allowing WQ6X to jump around on 10 & 15 while N6CY kept 20-meters alive for HOURS by way of a Stepp-IR which can be switched between NORM, BI-DIRECTIONAL and 180. The Shorty-Fourty 2-el. yagi and 80-meter inverted bazooka-Vee were shared between stations. No coax switch "collisions" occurred the entire contest. The lockouts and interlocks were in perfectly-timed operation most desirable during dual-OP remote access. While the K3/0 radio connections ran flawlessly, because we used Hamachi & VNC Viewer to run the N1MM+ software, occasionally, the entry screen would freeze even though signals could be heard thru the K3/0 - FRUSTRATING. If we "just disappeared" on you that's probably why. Overall, N6CY & WQ6X gave it one Heckuva of a GO in the WPX RTTY contest. DiD YOU work NX6T? We worked many stations on multiple-bands. Thank You for that. LooK for a contest writeup later this week in the WQ6X Contest BLOG http

PE1FJNChecklogFirst time I managed to work in RTTY since very long time. Last time was in 1980 or so using IC260E at VHF with a mechanical TELEX T37 from Siemens, now using SDR Expert SUNsdr2 QRP 5W into Hyendfed antenna for 40m 20m and 10m. All virtual connected to MTTY and N1MM. Still need to learn how to use the software, next time I will join longer and make more QSO's It was fun anyway to be on the band in RTTY, my main mode is CW, but must say I liked the RTTY. 73 to all PE1FJN Marc

PG1RSO LP ALLRig TS590S, barefoot average pwr in this contest 50Watts. Antenna multiband dipole for 15-80M bands, 5m high, overall length 17m. Very nice contest. Thanks! Pity: bad propagation on 15m and 10m bands. Not many QSO's, because I had to spend also 18 hours in the PACC contest!
